A while back I decided to watch all the Korean movies on the Kanopy app and I’ve really like the films of Hong Sang-soo. I also like the “ghost girl” genre films and complex revenge/horror films but these stand out. Conversational, intimate, with dry humor and a quiet, melancholy vibe.

The Kanopy streaming service really rocks—an add-on to any KC Library membership, along with the Hoopla app.
