HELLO LIMPY

I saw my pal Limpy again last night at around 6. He seems to be making forays out of the storm drain in daytime, maybe getting hungry. I feel a strong impulse to help this dude. It’s funny how he lifts his head up slowly and deliberately, to check if the coast is clear. I seriously considered throwing some dinner in the drain last night.
