DAILY QUOTES

My daily journal is morphing these days. More color, more fun. I started doing this daily quote thing where I google quotes on a topic, or quotes by a particular person, or I even check out a random quote generator. Sometimes I’ve jotted down a quote somewhere, or highlighted it in a book or on the Kindle.

It’s a fun way to start the journal, along with writing down the weather. I used to learn about the weather by going outside or by asking my weather-focused buddy at the old gig. “Top off the gas tank tonight and wear boots tomorrow, it’s going to get icy.” Nowadays I at least know a little about what we’re getting into.
