 Calling all digital nomads, after a year of impeccable research and hard work by @decembersmith63, we bought a studio condo in Portland for long term investment in our Northwest community and family. It will be a long-stay rental (one month or more) and we will improvise visits between guests, with longer stays down the line.

The building is called The Hamilton Arms, at 16th and Morrison downtown, about three blocks from the Timbers stadium and a bit more to Powell’s City of Books, The Crystal Ballroom, etc. The light rail runs just outside the front door, with dozens of restaurants, watering holes, and FRED MEYER within walking distance.
