SOPCHOPPY AND RICARDO BUSTIN' MY MOOD
Sopchoppy brought the electric blues last night at recordBAR--I'm all in. I caught the tail end of Ernie's Sin City Disciples back in the day, but had moved away by the time Tenderloin came along. Tough titties to anyone who missed this, it was killer, and so were the track suits.
In Eugene days my bands would occasionally be honored by John Williamson aka Old Man Dancing at a show, doing his graceful affirmative moves. Last night Ricardo joined us on stage and bumped up the energy big time.
While I dance I cannot judge, I cannot hate, I cannot separate myself
from life. I can only be joyful and whole. That is why I dance.
