MARINARA DAY

I am either destroyed by allergies or working on a head cold, I'm not really sure.  But yesterday was a day to process an abundance of tomatoes in the garden for sauce.  The last time I did this I didn't peel them and had to triple strain the skins out.  This time I used an icewater bath to removed the skins, and that worked like a charm.  

The sauce cooked down all day, now I just need a drone delivery of some Scimeca's.

I also watched Easy Money on Amazon Prime, blowing nasal drainage into a bandana, and a short film called When We Lived in Florida on Filmstruck.  I don't watch short films much--I really like the sustained mood and tone and music in this one.
