PRIDE ON THE PIER AND ATTEMPTED RELUCTANT MONARCH BUTTERFLY PHOTO

We walked about ten miles on our last day in Chicago, traipsing to The Navy Pier and then up to Old Town and back to our hotel on State Street.

I've started a tradition of finding a Simenon novel when I'm on vacation.  I enjoy them immensely and they are perfect for hotel lobby reading.
