NEW AND IMPROVED SPENCER BUTTE

What was once a goat scramble near the top of Spencer Butte is now stone stairway.  There must have been some big bucks, heavy lifting, and craftsmanship involved here--it's beautiful.  And of course we saw folks we know on the way up and down.
