TOURING AFRICA BY GOODREADS

After I read Cutting for Stone, I decided to read one book from (or set in) every country in Africa. It has been a fun project. I have learned some geography, some history, some religion, and enjoyed a number of these books a great deal.  I'm looking for a book from Niger or Chad at the moment.
